In response to recent concerns regarding the presence of specific APK files on Magcubic HY300 Pro devices, our company has conducted a technical review and hereby issues the following official statement:

1. The following APK files on Magcubic HY300 Pro Series devices are applications required for local services and do not contain any malware. We do not collect customers’ personal information and are committed to providing solutions that ensure user peace of mind for these products. We guarantee the absolute security of our products.

2. This issue affects only certain 713 chips in the HY300 series. We have developed a series of solutions to resolve the problem in a manner acceptable to our customers. We have now switched to the 726 chip (which supports Android 14 and 8K resolution). HY300 series models equipped with the 726 chip do not contain this APK; please use them with confidence.

3. The solution is as follows: Disconnect from the internet and ensure the projector is in offline mode. While in offline mode, insert a USB drive, navigate to the app on the drive, and select it for installation. The entire process should be performed without an internet connection. Once the risk has been eliminated, the device can be used normally.
